Standard, Fender and Bolt and Screw Washers

Standard washers are an essential part of our washer inventory at JTD Stamping, and remain the tried and true products in our field.  Created through our precision stamping process, standard washers eliminate the need for mounting and improve the apperance of screw fixings.  These washers are available in two different series, each with its own distinguishing characteristics.  Standard washers are applicable everywhere countersunk head screws are used.  Like all of the products in our catalog, they ensure the protection of the job at hand.  As with our flat copper washers, metal spacers, and custom fiber washers, whether our products consist of a single unit or separate joning components, all parts are inspected for quality.

Fender Washers

Sometimes refered to as mudguard or repair washers, fender washers are installed under the bolt or nut to distribute tension.  This distribution allows the nut or bolt to endure pressure and remain strong under force.  Fender washers prevent breakage, save wear and tear and extend the life of nuts and bolts.  The large diameter this washer allows for a variety of uses and is available in zinc-plated and stainless steel varieties.

Bolt and Screw Washers

Bolt and screw washers consist of three components, including the washer, a screw and a bolt securing them.  Bold and screw washers provide for a wide range of uses and allow for maximum functionality when all three portions are used in conjunction with one another.  Contact us and learn about all the products we confidently offer.
